Returns and exchanges
Please note for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. Thank you for your understanding
Shipping
Adora jewels uses Armex, private courier company And Australia Post. All orders are tracked and you can find your tracking number via email.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended.
If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
Adora is not responsible for any shipment delays
We do not accept PO boxes for a delivery address
Problems and damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue. You can notify us via our email
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. In certain cases, we may be able to issue a refund if you contact us before your order is packed and shipped. Please note that we process orders quickly, so you will need to notify us as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will be unable to provide a refund.

If we do not encourage wearing a piece of jewellery in water, we will state so in the description.

For every piece we always recommend avoiding pool water, intense sweating, perfume and shampoo touching your pieces.

Every order is processed as soon as possible. During peak periods please allow an extra 1-2 business days for orders to be posted.
